7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on emon78 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases where the Platform identifies an obvious error in odds or event information. We reserve the right to void bets in such circumstances. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming your wager. 7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets include football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more. Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. For football matches, this means 90 minutes plus any referee-added stoppage time, but excludes extra time and penalty shootouts unless explicitly included in the market description. Common bet types include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, 1X2 (match winner), mix parlay (accumulator), correct score, and both teams to score (BTTS). 7.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, including live dealer games and slot machines, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fairness. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, software bugs, or third-party service interruptions. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use and close your account. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you after verification, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending bets.

9.2 Suspension or Termination by emon78

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. In such cases, we may withhold any funds or winnings and report the matter to relevant authorities. We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for account closure decisions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms operating in the Indonesia market. Any disputes arising from your use of emon78 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
